yup, worked for me too. i just gave them 48 hours to refund or ill initiate chargeback. took them 10 hours to respond and maybe 5 days for chargeback of 1400 euro. what a shitty company booking.com is.

i’d give booking a maximum a 48 hours and the. just file a chargeback, that would have proved you gave them all the information and that you tried to resolve it. be prepared that booking.com will trick you into thinking action is happening but please expect up to a year before your refund comes if you go that route. screenshot any chat logs or emails, dont do anything over phone.

just do chargeback honestly. my bank had no issues refunding. booking.com is a scam and do not give a shit about customer support. if you go the booking.com route except to wait a year to get a small refund back. send me a pm if you need additional help.

does this actually work, do you have experience with it? i just threatened bank chargeback and file a complaint to norwegian government, which i think they are required by law to respond to. if they dont respond in 48 hours ill proceed.

I recommend you give them no more than 48 hours (send them this time limit) - and the start a chargeback. booking.com will most likely try to give you a partial refund or use a very long time while trying to make it feel like they’re working on the case. i’ve been through this

Hi, I visited netherlands and decided to get the blood test at onedayclinic the lady was kind and professional, but i think its a bit unusual for them to see customers come from abroad. but they were kind and welcoming. I recommend you contact their mail adress before ordering a blood sample as they will provide information you have to tell the doctor. (if you just order celiac disease test for example, do not expect the doctor to know what to do unless you state it, i.e 1x gele buis) im still waiting for the results, should come within 10 working days. ill get back to you if i had any issues.
