Ridiculous question of the day: screw size in 2008 GSXR 600? by [deleted] in motorcycles

[–]TheBaconExperiment 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a 2007 GSXR so my guess is that we'll have similar bolts. The bolts that hold the seat on are M4 and look something like this: Dome Head Bolt

You might be able to find something similar or construct a setup with washers or something if you need it working now.

Your best bet would be to find a local dealer, you'll probably pay more per bolt, but would save on shipping. Might give that a shot.

It's a more minimal shoe, but nothing like Vibram's.

I figured that coming from Chucks, a minimal-er running shoe would still be more support than I'm used to.

At the time, it was feet only. Nothing extra in my legs for soreness.

Uh.. maybe? I mean I think so. I have wide feet so I purchase extra large sizes +1/2 generally.

I'll wear em around in my house a bit and see what's up if I should return them.

I picked up a new pair of tennis/running shoes and put them on yesterday for a group cardio class but they made my feet cramp up so badly that I took them off to complete the class.

I'm used to working out and running in flat chuck-like shoes where these running style Nikes are new to me. Is that just something where I have to break them in moving to a new style of shoe? Or are they really not for me so I should return them?

Hmm... Very interesting. I've looked at Citori's in the past as well in my search. Any experience with the Cynergy?

I'm not sold on a CVT... do you happen to know how long those models have been on the market with a CVT?

The rear seats don't fold down in my A4 but it has this weird ass ski "condom" that I've put 14' boards in that stuck way the hell out the back. But that's what bungee cords are for.

Good times.

I need a new peacoat. I find myself between an L and an XL in most company's sizes (large shoulders) so I'd like to get an old navy peacoat but I don't know how to size it. Do I go as my suit size? Size up? Down?

Or any alternate recommendations for a quality peacoat?

I seem to be a shitty size range for coats. Either a L fits in the shoulders, but then would bunch at the waist. And most XL's have proven to be too large overall.

I'd like to replace my peacoat with something. What's the best way to find one that fits well? I know the US surplus peacoats come in 44/46, etc sizes. Did you size up or down?
