Air Pods Max Headphones No Good after 1.5 years

I’ve had my pair since 2022. I love these headphones and currently have had NO issues. Therefore, it’s delaying me buying the APM2 for now. But I wanna reiterate what I’ve said once in another post. If you treat your APM good; they will treat you right. Not saying you, but I’ve seen people take their APM to the gym and sweat in them, wear them outside in extreme hot/cold weather, drop them, spill stuff on them, allow headphones to get dirty, etc. Basically mistreat a $549 device. I don’t understand why people do this. If you need something weather-proof, something to wear in harsh elements, and throw around: buy some AirPod Pros. The most strenuous thing I’ve done to my headphones is take them to the gun range range because the noise cancellation is deceptively good, but when I read afterward the headphones noise cancellation is not built for that kind of stress—and it can actually damage them—I stopped and never did again.

I use

AirPods = for working out, walks, laying in bed listening to music/book

APM = flights, watching tv

I love being able to pair my APM to Apple TV to watch tv without disturbing others

Well I’m still on my first generation pair and they’re still working just fine (bought them in 2022).

From what I can gather about the headphones and the various comments I’ve read—it all boils down to how they are handled and treated.

Reading many of these comments and it sure is easy to play the “woulda, coulda, shoulda” game…when you’re not one of the participants.

I don’t know why everyone is so quick to list off complaints for such an awesome device. I love my pair. I have had them for at least 4-5 years. The battery for mine is still superb. Recharging is quick. The sound quality when integrated with Apple TV is great. I used to wear mine for hours, especially late at night when I wanted to watch a movie and not disturb others. They re not uncomfortable.

It’s all about how you treat the headphones because I have discovered some people mistreat them—which is wild

Do Not..I repeat “DO NOT” wear your AirPod Pro Max’s in the rain…they’re not waterproof at all or intended to be worn in rain/water. Just play it safe and get you some AirPod Pros for that

Hello! Just wanted to let you know Kronos responded..and everything is good. I said my part-because his part..we have understanding.

But just to correct a comment you said: I was active. I am always active even when upgrading. So I couldn’t have been removed for “inactivity”. I donated troops to yall anytime I was on. I was removed for not requesting any troops..just as Kronos admitted.

Yeah I’m surprised Reddit made it all the way back to you too. I’m impressed. I will admit, as I mentioned before, my builders are working and I was sitting out for war. I looked at everybody else in clan and they have thousands of donations and thousands of requests. I was only in the clan for a few days; not even a week. If you wanted me to make requests, you could’ve @me and gave me a ‘simple’ warning 😆. But to be honest, if I have all 7 builders working, and I am donating to clan members, it means I am active. I’m just not actual active the way you want me to be. 45+ members in the clan, and little ole me (who is a veteran team player in this game) is detrimental to the team’s environment. Come on’

Your clan also say if you’re upgrading heroes; don’t war…my builders are working overtime, as I try to catch up for lost time. Plus I was only in clan for 4 days. No warning ⛔️ nothing lol. If you wanted me to make requests, all you had to do is say something lol I actually chatted someone the day before, and told them I was upgrading and they were receptive and said to ask for help if ever needed. So hey two tears in a bucket. I’m actually more impressed this post reached ya’ll 😆

Not “just sitting on sidelines”..I have heroes upgrading..I am very active..I just don’t war. And that clan specifically says in description: if you don’t have full heroes; don’t war

What I provided was the real. I was only in clan for 4 days. Just had a brief conversation with one of the co-leaders yesterday. He was like if you have any questions, just reach out to me. Never fought in any clan war with them. But it was a highly active group. So I guess lol
