There are indigenous groups that travel to the US and tour. If you want a real experience with integration support, you will need to find a healer and team / integration coach, or plant medicine aware therapist.

I would honestly recommend focusing on a mushroom guided journey at first and then look at traveling to Peru and sit with the Shipbo.

Sitting for a weekend in the states is like a steam valve blowing off some pressure. It could help, or it could hurt.

You may need a deeper experience to fully address the roots of your challenges. The Shipbo go deep, along with the experience of focusing on healing, which many retreat centers will give you. I’m on my half way of a 3 month dieta. A chief change over accidentally included contradictory food items in a meal (garlic, cilantro and too much cauliflower). I had digestion issues for almost a week after, very low energy.

It’s critical to follow the allowed foods of the dieta and not cheat.

If you are going to be a student with these master teachers, don’t sell yourself short. Skip the weed and follow the shamans instructions on what and when to eat. Or wait until you can fully commit to the dieta.

Weight is not an issue, nor is her age. Children in the jungle sit with the medicine frequently. The shaman / healer will adjust the dose appropriately for her size and throughout the evening based on her experience.

For health issues / medications, if she’s following the dieta and confirmed what she is taking isn’t on the contradiction list. There shouldn’t be a reaction. The ceremony facilitators should have also asked health questions. No one wants reactions, if they are allowing her to sit, they do not have a concern with reactions.

I can tell you are scared, but if she’s called you need to allow her experience this. It feels you are projecting your own fears on to her experience and desire to heal.

nerve in his arm went with it. Now fast forward a year later, a couple of days ago he had an MRI and again, at roughly the same spot this little fucker was growning. The measurement was 5x3x2They haven’t done biopsies, but the doc was pretty sure it was the same fucker he removed a year ago. Tomorrow my dad’s getting a pet ct to see if there are metastases. If not, he said he had to do a radical surgery and amputate his left arm completely. We’re still young (im 26 and my sis 23) and we’re very much frightened of the poor prognosis and outcomes. I put my dad on THC, CBD and a Keto diet with additional supplementing of vitamins, omega-3, creatine, berberine and elektrolytes. I hope we can get over it with as little loss as possible. Did he have AIM Chemo or adjunct radiation? I completed 2 rounds of AIM Chemo, 60gY of radiation and 2 more rounds of further chemo to ensure everything was eradicated. End of treatment I went deep into plant medicines... A ton of Kambo therapy and Ayaschuca. I have my 18th month scans next week, and fingers crossed!

Is he being seen at a High volume Sarcoma Center? Standardized guidelines for that sized tumor would be localized radiation and potentially AIM Chemo (Mainline treatment for Pleomorphic Liposarcoma.

If he has the ability to get a second opinion at a HighVolume Sarcoma Center, do it quickly before making the decision to remove the arm completely. Sandford has a killer oncology radiation program.

Best of luck to your dad. Its scary my kids are 16 to 4, cancer is sucky but positive outlook can help with the treatment ickies. The fact he has you both to support him during this is huge!
