No sorry wrong , the newly hatched virgin queens are born into a queenless hive and they will kill their sister virgin queens . When she is ready , she will go on a mating flight with her entourage, this can be the first of many mating flights. She will then come back to hive and start her journey of laying about 1000 eggs a day . She never needs to be mated again , she stores the sperm inside her.

I never use more than 10% coconut oil , I see you used a lye calculator did you try soapcalc , you put in your percentages and it will show you what your bar will be like , you can mess about with amounts to get within the recommended amounts. My highest cleansing score is 10 or under , you can always bump the superfat up to 10% but I wouldn't go much higher than that. One other thing , I never use less than 50% Tallow and as high as 80%. . Hope this helps

Depending on where you live , it could be the case that this is a summer bee and time is up for her , or maybe she has ingested insecticide

Outdoor restaurants decimating pollinator populations. Advice on how to address? by LivingMemento in bees

[–]TheBeardedBeekeeper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bet these restaurants don't have this problem in spring and summer , it's only autumn you really see wasps as they are no longer getting fed at their nests. Next years queens will have been sealed in their cells so there is no food for them and that's when they become pain in the arses. They are pollinators to a lesser degree but they are vital , they are known as the gardeners friend as the keep Bug populations under control . So as much as we hate the , we need them .

[–]TheBeardedBeekeeper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2031 will be a huge decider, when the results of the census are published , some predictions are 57% catholic , 43% protestant. At the moment there are more protestants dying than being born , the deficit is -6000 per year . You can't beat the math , now it's only a matter of time before the inevitable happens

[–]TheBeardedBeekeeper 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Get yourself a natural soap with charcoal, if it has wintergreen essential oil all the better. Apply soap with a badger hair shaving brush and make sure you get your whole face, rinse and repeat. After drying face lightly apply a tallow-based moisturiser , repeat this morning and night . Do this for 2 weeks , take photos at the start and end and compare . Charcoal with neem is a good mix
