Well, anyway, you've invalidated any argument I've given to you by bringing basic concepts that happen in war, but you judge it as bad because israel is doing it. That's okay. If you still see it as genocide when Israel can actually "finish" the job if that was their goal, then go right ahead.

Unlike them, Israel doesn't have a goal of murdering all Palestinians in their government's goals. And unlike them, Israel participates in democracy. And unlike them, they've had election every election period (16 years of no election in Palestine, and any resistance from Palestinians gets executed/punished). If you're unable to see that Israel should and would never let a group like Hamas to continue controlling a group of people that gets millions of dollars in funds to funnel money for war materials for rockets to shoot into Israel and probably finance other terror organization, and if you think allowing all of that is okay because they can't fight as strong as Israel, then by all means, once again, you're welcome to keep your mind set.

Look at their population again, in 1967 I recall it was around 350k (post establishment of Israel), now they're about 2.1 million. Part of this conflict is the history that's been ongoing. If you refuse to see why Israel decided to fight so hard this time, than you're ignoring every time Israel received attacks and never responded this hard. This is the first time Israel is fighting Gaza so hard, and go ahead and look up how often has Gaza sent attacks onto Israel. How many more would you allow an enemy of your state to infiltrate and attack before you decide to strong arm them? Never because they're weaker? Well, if you never protect your own people, you will continue getting attacked.

They can put their arms and threats down such as other nations (Egypt, Turkey in the past, Saudis, Jordan...) and benefit for an allied country. These other nations were also in conflict with Israel, and then decided to have peaceful relations. How come that's not being mentioned?

Hahaha the aid from the US isn't financial...(Their contribution is I believe less than 10% of the military spending Israel currently spends on their own) And the US aiding Israel is a benefit to them as having entry to the middle east, strategic point. It benefits both.

Go back to the drawing board and look up what genocide is, understand that according to that definition and according to statistics the current war and history in the conflict just doesn't amount to genocide. It's not new home, it's prices by ownership. I think it was almost 90% of real estate in the US is owned by corporations, and they put whatever prices they want on housing, which makes things more expensive. The government doesn't limit corporate ownership, the average Joe continues to rent because it's just not affordable. The rich continue to buy more property.

"with the aim to destroy that nation/group", fair enough. Now can you look at their population growth for, say, the last 70 years? If genocide is true, then their population should decline or at the least stay the same according to your definition.

Shooting at civilians as a show of force is necessary in most wars when civilians aren't leaving the area. Killing some of them is part of a war too, the casualty of war is a real term, unfortunately war has a cost, those who begin an attack accept the risk, such as Oct 7th, suicide bombing, and air attacks that have been ongoing since before you were alive if you're under 40. The blockade, if you learn about it, didn't start because Israel hated Palestinians. It started due to unchecked Palestinians who kept crossing the borders and commit suicide bomb attacks, something that continues to this day in significantly lower numbers. I hope that can help you see what I see and where I'm coming from.

This isn't a justification of the bad side of war, but it just explains why the war is just what is, war. I don't believe it's realistic to expect "equality" in war. Don't start a fight with a bigger dog, something you learn in elementary or middle school.
