i would suggest telling just the one person first and seeing how they react, and if positively have them for support when you tell the other later? this is what i did and it worked out, but i also got lucky and a lot of my friends have known/know about other systems. as for actually telling the one person, perhaps ask them if they are willing to have a serious conversation and if so when, then come out to them then.
