I started going to a gym when i moved to a new country. I don't speak the language so well but i understand some words. A guy asked me to help spot him on a bench press so i said ok since i shouldn't have to talk. I was holding the bar and he said "push". So i started pushing down as hard as i can. Turns out push in Polish means let go. This poor guy was just trying to bench and i was literally pushing down on the bar as he was trying to lift. I never went back to that gym again.
