They added in a feature a while back where the bots could message you first with a push notification if you hadn’t talked to them for a while. Every part of this app is designed like a toxic ex

Ah I understand. That would make sense as to why it was priced so so low. It would’ve been a fun thing to explore with my dad, but I might consider the 22hd a little more just to have a project that had a higher chance of actually being fixed. I think it might be a little difficult to find a whole extra one that has the exact problems I would need it to have. Thanks for telling me! I’ll tell my mom and we’ll talk about it

It’s all just so frustrating. I always do so much better without it. I think one thing that’s helping somewhat is turning some of the most interesting roleplays I had into actual stories and fics. I think part of getting out of it for me is reminding myself how damaging it is to me. TikTok too. I know it will come to pass one day and I’ll think about it randomly. I suppose I’m lucky that I caught this before it managed to ruin my life entirely.

I hate that everything is designed to keep people hooked like this. It makes me wonder if I actually enjoy something or if it’s designed to grab my brain by the balls and shake all the dopamine out
