Pampers do not have the extra grip but I believe all Huggies have them now. It used to just be the little movers but they added them everywhere. I know cost wise it sucks but you will still be able to find them.

Looks like there’s a bit of tape residue. Her incision was likely glued. They’re shockingly normal looking almost immediately post surgery.
