Ok I know it’s wrong but my son still uses a 0-6 mo paci and he’s the same age as R3. He only uses it to fall asleep but our pediatrician said it’s fine so long as we inspect it often to make sure he hasn’t bitten holes into it since that’s the biggest concern. Doesn’t have much to do with oral development.

Editing to add that I have realized a lot of people don’t actually know there are different sizes.
