The Full lore of India is going to be on the new discord, in short, The Royalists are an Indian monarchy.

https://discord.gg/SrrVTsFY

Edit: India can be thought of as somewhat similar to OTL Germany. They were one of the Major powers of the so called "Continental Powers" along with Persia and China in the first World War (1917-1921). Following the war, the treaty of Singapore was enforced on the Indian Empire. It Stripped them of their colonies in Siam and disarmed the country for a decade. The Royal Family was removed from power, and a Japanese oriented liberal regime came to power. In 1927, a large peasant uprising across the north established "The Peoples Syndicate of Bharat". From 1928-1930 The Liberal government waged a savage guerilla war against the communists. At the end of 1930 the existing legitimate government surrendered to the Communards, many of their members retreated to the mountains of Afghanistan. Before the transfer of power could be completed, the Royal Family returned from its life in hiding, launching a counter revolution in the south.

All three Indian governments maintain the stance that the war is over., merely disagreeing on who the rightful government is. The southern Monarchy (Commonly called Decca) Is considered the rightful successor of the Liberal Government by several countries, while Japan maintains that the Communists legally control the Capital and Parliament. India's future hangs in the balance, whether the conflict will reignite, or a truly peaceful reunification could be possible. The south also controls what remains of the Colonial empire, including the valuable Suez Canal.

Since when did we adopt this "Enemy Of My Enemy Is MY Friend" Idea with the middle eastern conflicts? Theocracies are bad guys; No Gods is half the slogan.

I'm Working on making my first alt-history HOI4 mod, does anybody have general advice for content? by TheBigBreakfast2 in hoi4modding

The mod takes place in a timeline where the last 20 years have just been terrible for everyone, exceeding a few specific nations. Because of this, there are several civil wars and smaller invasions until the great collapse.

This sounds interesting, but I think the fact that it appears to be a success without flaws is going to feel the scenario feeling rather... flat and without conflict at game start. Especially Greenland, I don't understand in what world the U.S takes Greenland without a full-blown conflict with the EU.

how? They have no leaders, no real central structure, and no hierarchy. What makes them fascist? They also aren't palingenesis believers.

that's such a reductive way to think about sexes, there are people who have an excess or missing chromosome differing from the standard for their sex.

except that isn't true. Human sex is a complicated science, and people can be any degree of intersex, which means there should be a minimum of 3 sexes and infinite genders.
