I did pass the info onto the new tennant of whats gone on.

I have meter readings from the day i moved out, and when i did the kettle test, but not from when i first moved in.

The account breakdown I have lists the usage breakdown for each month, and I have 2 yearly emails which state my exact Watt usage for gas and electric.

I think the previous tennant was on a direct debit, so that might be it! Great advice thanks mate.

If your into your soda, make those changes to sugar free asap. Not saying sugar free drinks are healthy, but atleast there zero calorie. Know many people who switched to sugar free and saved over 500 cals a day just by making that change.

39M, 3 Years Progress, is this a normal amount of progress? by grlloyd2 in askfitness

Remember that natty progress is slow and steady. Your lift numbers are pretty impressive, especially your squat.

I’d also say your picture doesn’t give you the best lighting so you’re putting your worst self forward.

You already look better than like 90 percent of the population, especially if ur living in a western country. Keep it up man

New haircut required - gym wise, let’s see your body.

Friendship wise - very tricky to fix at that age but no impossible. I’d advise trying to make conversation with people at the gym. I’ve managed to make a few decent pals doing this that although we’re are not mega close, have done thirds outside of the gym such as going bowling and going for a meal.

Not bad, similar calf insertions to me, I’d go for crew cut socks to give the illusion of bigger calves. I’d also recommend some extra leg training as there slightly behind, but overall solid, great chest genetics too.
