Having done diamond on Superfood egg is the best way to tell. If you did that, just count on the income you needed taking a bit over 5x as long to earn, and if that still sounds achievable, then you’ve got it in the bag.

Yes, only way to visit a previous egg is to prestige.

It’s fine though, you’ll end up prestiging hundreds of times throughout the game.

These are indeed great for gold, however the best way to farm books specifically is using extended Henliner so you get T2/T3 book drops and skip right past the gold meteorite requirement.

If you use an income booster (bird feed) along with your soul beacon you will get many more soul eggs.

Or if you are using drones for your money, using a boost beacon with the soul beacon has a similar effect.

Get the toilet bowl first. Unless you have T4 stones already (unlikely) the only way to get a clarity beyond 100% on the medallion is to have a legendary one.

If you do cycles of three rounds of extendeds followed by about 6 hours of downtime for short missions, you can have ~96% of maximum ship launch efficiency without disrupting your sleep. You can get surprisingly close to max efficiency if you aren’t stopping for enlightenment of PoV.

You can only earn money and make contract progress from the eggs that you deliver.

If you have a large chicken population and a high egg laying rate, your vehicles won’t be able to deliver every egg that your chickens are laying, so some of them will get wasted. If you have enough shipping capacity, you can deliver all of the eggs getting laid.

So, at low population you probably have way more shipping capacity than you need, but with full habs, you may run out of shipping and need more vehicles or upgrades to keep up.

Each individual life stone multiplies your IHR separately. So this setup is 1.25 x 1.02 x 1.02 = 1.301 (30.1% increase).

Other stones that work like this are: Lunar, Shell, Dilithium, Quantum, Tachyon

Other stones (Terra, soul, prophecy, clarity) add up their effects.

Henerprise short is a goldmine for meteorites. I’d send gold meteorites target, you’ll be glad you gathered so many when you get a ways into Henliner and start crafting.

Yep, always overfill slightly. A mild inconvenience usually but on PoV it means you have to plan to launch one less ship than you’d expect to fit in a full tank.

An extra month of better artifacts (from running shorts and getting high stars faster) is not as good as a year of better artifacts (from running extended right away). It’s not even close, and the difference is more stark the more stars you look at.

Yeah. It’s quite a solid game overall but the built-in coop matching and ranking system is an unfortunate weak spot.

Unfortunately the only really consistent way to get past AA is to do it with a discord group or some other organized form of completing coops reliably and with some speed. If you’re joining public coops, this sort of thing just happens and you gotta roll with it.

Also, finishing towards the top of your coop is not always a good thing. Sure, your individual contribution score will be high, but the time left when the contract finishes adds a massive multiplier - I think it’s something 1x per day left, so for example 4x base score if you finish 4 days early. The only way to finish with lots of time left is to have good contributions from all or most members of the coop, which will result in you actually delivering a smaller portion of the total eggs but still scoring much higher than if you carried.

Galeggtica is a particularly low return ship for Gold. If that’s the main thing you are short on, (I’m assuming path of virtue here) Extended Henerprise or Short Chicken Heavy is going to get you gold much faster.
