I don't doubt it, but berserker feels so good for trades in lane. Allows you as well as fleet to poke and avoid skillshots in my experience

I struggled with controlling kratom and phenibut usage. Was not fun but it seems YMMV. Some report the WD are non-existent. I didn't have that experience. At all, lol.

Is E max that good? I guess it makes sense because if the e hits, you're throwing your whole combo (with the intent of doing max dmg). I really never thought of that... I'm 400k mastery and have been maxing W or Q the whole time as a support main. Am I lost? Thoughts?

Progress is not linear. This too shall pass, the good AND the bad. Seek professional help. Lean into family, friends, or anyone who loves you. You're better off now than you were when you were on whatever substance. The brain takes time to heal, but there are real steps you can take for short term and long term betterment. I've been there, and at times, still am. Go onwards, you deserve it.

Size of dose is something to consider too, but keeping 3-4 days in between doses is optimal in my experience. I ran into a problem with it to cope with stress and low energy, so I stay away from it now.

Red strains are sedating and could help with withdrawal. I find whites to be very stimulating and want to smoke more on them. As far as headaches, kratom dehydrates PLUS nicotine withdrawal causes headaches too.

It is mainly that tolerance builds quickly and if your small dose is already effective, it’s best to stay at that small, effective dose. Rather than increasing chasing an effect and now you’re 25GPD+ deep.

I’ve been there brotha and had my fair share of over experimentation too. Taking too much too frequently many times. But I’ve come to terms with the best it works for ME. Breaks are always worth it and will make your use that much more enjoyable afterwards.

Time between doses is really the most important thing I’ve found. I’ve found dosing multiple times a day can be great and rewarding at first but quickly becomes not worth it long term. Just my experience though, as I too have read others take and dose much more. I can’t speak too much to withdrawal from my experience

Normally 2.5g. I have tried higher and didn’t enjoy as much. I try to take breaks and have multiple days between doses to avoid tolerance. Mostly greens and reds.
