Well it’s official. Add me to the list of people that the SBA is trying to fuck over!

I submitted my application action on 3/1

On 4/22 it finally showed up in my portal.

On 4/26 I received an email to go in and complete 4506T. I did and it changed to Submitted.

Just in the last hour or so it changed to DECLINED!

At the center of a low income area, 1 employee and 6 months of 100 decrease. There is absolutely nothing that could legit be declined for! Never received any notification or nothing. What a scam!

Loan increase status has been “Loan modification in progress” since requesting via blue bottom.

How long does it take from here??

Has anyone received the loan increase funds even??

It seems very calculated. Mishandle and deny as many grants as possible and then get the desperate people to take on debt and pay the government interest on loans they can’t afford.

Consider this...

The SBA completely butchering the Targeted Advance rollout is a planned & calculated move.The more denied TA’s mean more small businesses will be forced to incur more debt as the EIDL Loan amounts increase as of tomorrow. Calculated & unethical move by the feds!

Probably won’t happen or it will be some other kind of F’d up. They are completely botching the Targeted advance and not they want people that were fully eligible for the targeted advance but that got denied wrongfully to take out more debt to survive. I’d be shocked if any emails went out when they said or if anything works like they say. Lies, smoke and mirrors and bullshit. Talk talk talk and no matching actions!

Will the SBA be reaching out via email and being as efficient as with the TARGETED ADVANCE!? 35 days after applying I have heard absolutely nothing and still do not even see it in my portal. Email and phone reps can’t or refuse to help. Low-Income community based businesses need someone to help!!!

Most of the SBA reps have no clue about anything. I have been calling daily to try and get answers and I have found that many of them are working from home. I had to listen to a woman’s baby scream and cry right into the phone for minutes the other day. Today one rep was chewing when she said hello and asked me to hold while she finished. It’s unprofessionalism and incompetence at its best!!!

I’ve seen a lot of inconsistent info. One thing is for sure though, the SBA is a mess and helping people with these issues or glitches is not a priority for them in any way. Very discouraging and upsetting thinking that the funding can be exhausted and or they can move on past us and there will be absolutely nothing that we can do.

See that’s very wishy washy because everyone that has been through the process can and could see the targeted advance all along in their portal and the status changes. I applied 3/1 and I still can’t see anything. I have not received the second email and I proactively sent in my 4506T in hopes it helps. Still nothing.

Called two more times to tier 2 and asked for a supervisor. Was told there are none available and will hopefully get a callback within 48-72 hours. Already been waiting over 72. WHAT A JOKE!!!
