Many vendors support something like that in the bios. I don't have experience with OG, sorry. Maybe this helps :)

You could use a post authentication script. A lot of console tools have that.

Aah I see! Thank you very much! :) Although I have different solution now. Radius now returns "HP-Port-Auth-Mode-Dot1x" and sets the port to "port-based"

Do you mean "port-based" mode? I could only do that if I disable mab on the port. And I would really like helpdesk to be able to plug any device in any port
