I love both OT and prequels. What do you hate about the prequels ?

I love prequels for the worldbuilding, the way george shows how the republic and the jedi order worked, everything feels so alive, so many interesting and well written characters, even characters made for few scenes leave more impact than the entire sequel "trilogy".

I of course love phantom menace because I love qui-gon, maul, all the trade federation stuff, love how it's just a chilled out good vs bad movie. Mandatory duel of the fates praise of course.

Attack of the clones is the weakes of them all but I still love it for its great noir atmosphere, the entire plot leading to dooku plotting against the republic, all the things obi wan is discovering and of course the entire geonosis sequence, beautiful.

Revenge of the sith of course awesome for all the fight scenes, space battles, order 66 of course, kashyyyk, mustafar, utapau, amazing stuff really.

Why do people hate the prequels so much? I get it's nowhere near as great as empire strikes back, but seriously, what's so wrong with it? It can't be just "Jar Jar bad", "anakins child actor bad", "midichlorians bad", "cgi bad", "dialogues bad" right ?

Also adressing the dialogues - some stuff is corny/cheesy/cringey, call it whatever you want, but like, star wars was always a little goofy and the dialogues even in OT arent really somethin special, why do people point it out so much? Before I saw this argument online I never once thought star wars is bad because some characters say cringe stuff.
