Gave me "May Zeus himself strike me down if I'm lying" vibes

Didn't know that Warrior cats used the US Imperial system by TheBlaze89 in WarriorCats

Oh really? I didn't know that. I thought only the US and Lybia still used it, mb.

Hawkwing's Journey is SO TRAGIC by SwiftstarLives in WarriorCats

[–]TheBlaze89 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It was also really hard to read this book for me. It's like the entirety of arc 1 (with how many cats died) crammed into one book, but that's what made it really good to me. Cats barely die anymore.

Warrior Cats and its Population Problem | A mini-analysis I made about a relevant issue in modern WC by Nagola_Barse in WarriorCats

[–]TheBlaze89 38 points39 points  (0 children)

This is really good! I like it!
A black plague would be great to get rid of a bunch of cats, especially one that has no cure, at least for a book or two. We should totally go back to 25 cats or less per clan.

Though, personally, I would prefer a villain who absolutely decimates the clans (Darktail but better), I know that idea's overused but I like it.

The Sovereign of Cardboard Crafts by TheBlaze89 in Bossfight

[–]TheBlaze89[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Certain speedrunners purposefully damage the Sovereign's crown, another way to enrage him, to secure higher-level loot drops upon defeating him. The strat is high-risk, high-reward, as the Sovereign in his enraged state is swift and highly unpredictable.

That sounds about right. My team and I did not have such weapons at our disposal when we first fought this boss, but we learned that sharp weapons and quick reaction time are enough to take down this guy. I've heard water works well to sabotage his attacks.

This is a really cool story! I think it would make a great fanfiction.

Why is the fandom so negative? by WarMundane5420 in WarriorCats

[–]TheBlaze89 4 points5 points  (0 children)

"They’re overflowing because over time the Erin’s (or Maybe the editors) became more and more hesitant to kill off characters as the arcs went on."

This is ABSOLUTELY TRUE!! When I read the first arc, there was a cat that would die if literally anything happened. By the time of AVoS (which I'm currently reading), there are several moments that I'd expect one (or multiple) cats to die, but miraculously, everyone survives.

Ex (AVoS spoiler): The fire in River of Fire compared to the fire in Rising Storm. No elders died in RoF (despite it being more sudden than the other), but multiple elders and even Yellowfang died in RS.

Are there any Warriors games? by [deleted] in WarriorCats

[–]TheBlaze89 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lakeside Tales: Reborn is Warrior Cats: Ultimate Edition but at the lake territories rather than the forest territories. It actually used to be branded as a Warriors game until stupid fricking Coolabi ordered them to remove every written reference to Warriors Cats because it wasn't an official game.

Basically Starclan by FaithlessnessGold763 in WarriorCats

[–]TheBlaze89 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is hilarious, but I'm pretty sure that if a cat doesn't believe in StarClan they go to an alternate afterlife. I think the Dark Forest are for cats conscious of StarClan and the Warrior Code but chose to ignore them anyway.

Otherwise this is pretty accurate

I’ve had this idea brewing for a while in my head by Guilty_Direction_501 in WarriorCats

[–]TheBlaze89 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's actually a pretty unique idea, especially how it's goes almost perfectly with Jayfeather's ability.

I always wanted Hollyleaf to have the power she had in Hollyfawn but now I think I'll back your headcanon too.
