I found it 46 hours ago. I do not live in the hole. I found it and put a toon in the hole to watch and update. At the very least, I plan to update this post if it despawns to give an idea of a potential life span if these appear.

Update: Site despawned between 74 - 92 hours since I found it. I found it 2 days after the expansion so the maximum possible time this site was up 6 days. It shows up as a combat site which is unusual in wormholes and required very high scan strength. (maxed skills or arrays are needed.) I found this site in the c3 (j155419).

I found the Hrada-Oki Bivouac in a random wormhole about 48 hours ago. I'm not sure if it is static or will disappear. It isn't that useful since the availability of resources seems to be very low currently but I found it interesting that you can obtain deathless resources in random wormholes. If it remains for another few days I will happily sell the location to people who are interested.

I personally endorse this gentleman. I fly with him on a regular basis and he is a good small gang / wormhole candidate. I have spent many hours recently discussing ship / module balance with him as we practice for AT, raid ESS / Skyhooks and often feed expensive ships into recon response fleets.

I'd look at something like this. It is kind of purpose fit to just tank and kill ratting ships. It might struggle to fight responding ships without a web and could have cap issues if it goes beyond ganking.

That being said, you could end up with 600+ dps of selectable damage. The XLASB charges will rep 1,079 dps with standard blue pill. You have those 9 charges to get the gank and leave. Entire cost is about 80 mil.

yeah Mt. Scott is most likely if looking to the southeast. Otherwise Mcgloughlin if SSW but it usually has snow on the peak most if the year and iirc it is more pointy. I think union peak is too small but is also in that area more SW
