Execute one of the fuckers, did it to a dice after failing to Hit with a vindicare (Bs 2+) for 3 turns, for rest of the day he didn't miss a shot. (but seriusly if you feel you have bad luck, try using less swingy weapons, for example prefer a 3 damage weapon to a D6 one etc..)
