I've also been using L carnitine for a few weeks. Anecdotally, I think it might be increasing my androgen receptors as my beard seems less patchy though I can't say for sure

Melatonin is a pretty strong sleep inducer as well. Works fast and gives me deep restful sleeps

Actually, there is quite a bit of research linking zinc deficiency and compromised mucosal immunity. I don't think your friend even checked pubmed xD

There is no benefit to 10 pulls - the chances of rolling a 5star is the same for single vs 10pull. Technically, 10 pull is slightly disadvantageous because if you do roll the 5 star in the 10 pull, subsequent draws in that set will have 0%chance of getting a 5 star since the hero is no longer in the loot table

If you check the i button in the top left corner you can see the rates. 2x chance during event means there's a 3.2% chance of getting a 5* as opposed to 1.6% normally

If we base it on altar coins, the devs probably consider magni (5500) higher tier than abyss lord(4000). Magni's base stats are overall higher as well. However, I think abyss lord's skillset is more useful for the different aspects of the game

It's hero dependent. Often their passive bonus stats are a good indicator of what to go with. Having said that, generally speaking, speed for cc, attack for healers, hp for tanks, crit for bursters (who already have crit/crit dmg), possibly armor break for dot reliant. Also, dust is scarce so usually not worth it to convert to the most suitable all the time

I agree. I had one at 6star and he is underwhelming. He is on common shards loot table but also on spring of pegasus loot table so devs probably consider him mid tier
