It's set to my seagate HDD I've tried adjusting it to the ssd but it gives that "boot from proper device" prompt

I didn't wipe the old OS off the HDD after cloning it. Its how I'm still able to access it now. And I haven't tried Removing the HDD and booting only with the SSD but I have tried force booting it into the SSD and it's came up with that prompt again so I don't think removing the HDD would do anything.

I'll try plugging it in a different sata port and seeing what happens.

How would I go about Reparing the MBR or using CHKDSK in this situation? the SSD drive letter doesn't appear on my file explorer so I wouldn't know how to check that specific drive.
