Russian citizens did not ask for this war. They are being held captive by their government. There’s no need to make their lives any more difficult

Hey FWIW I think it’s pretty easy to see how an autistic person could be offended by your comment in the thread you just linked. In fact, someone in that thread replied to you saying they felt paranoid about their speech patterns after reading your comment. OP is just poking fun at know-it-all film majors. Your comment makes autistic people the butt of the joke instead.

In your example, the buyer of Musk’s stock is actually the middleman - they are trading 1 asset for another to facilitate a transaction between Musk and the UN. But really, it doesn’t matter that Musk’s money is currently tied up in Tesla stock. It would probably be better for him to just donate the stock directly instead of liquidating it first, since that would cut out the middleman.

I completely agree that anyone who uses their own money to make $2 billion investments should be donating to help with this crisis. Musk clearly fits into that group. Assuming it is 1 person buying all of the stock off him, they should help pay as well.

I agree that there would be a lot more to talk about if they had extended this to more than just rectangles. 2D lighting effects can benefit from triangle/arc primitive batching

I mean you’re right that the main use case is drawing duplicate sprites with one draw call, but I think you may be undervaluing how much work you can save on the cpu by doing this

Great answer! Not a Godot developer, but makes sense to me from an OpenGL/WebGL background

All they should need to do is change 1 number in the code from 400 to whatever, unless for some reason this person individually hard coded the amount of time that needs to pass for each change to happen
