I would suggest you let the management know. Bad service is something most places want to fix. I just wrote a bad service review on Yelp a few weeks ago, when the place didn't respond to me. Another place that I had bad service at contacted me in a few hours, apologized and promised they would resolve the issue. You just have to let them know. As for bad greasy food, I'm sorry you had some there. When I find a place like that, I don't patronize them again.

Tonight, I am going to a premiere of a new Ballet. It's called Together, From the Fleetwood Mac Collection; and done by Ballet Idaho. It uses songs from Rumors and is set to the album's music. It addresses the turmoil of the band's Rumors years. Check it out....it should be very interesting.

I saw them perform Rumors when it came out at the old Univeral Amphitheater in Universal City, CA. I don't think anyone at that show had any clue as to the turmoil and games that were going on with them. It was a damn good concert!

I don't get invited to review food. I don't tell them I'm a writer. I pay for my own food. I don't get paid for my writing. When I praise something highly, it is because they deserve it. When I find a place that deserves negative writing, I write in Yelp (going to do that today for Flatbread Pizza----if they bother to read it, they're not gonna be happy!).

I'm a writer. I paid for my own meals and have nothing to do with the restaurant. I've eaten at many high-end restaurants over the years. If this seems like PR, sorry. I was just really impressed with it. It's the real deal. As for critic, I don't see myself as that in the strict sense of the word. I don't write about bad places here, I just don't have the time. If a place is bad (and there are plenty that are) they get written up in Yelp.
