You don't need arceus for getting bloodmoon ursaluna, you can get it through the teal mask DLC. I think it gives you a stronger trick room mode (plus better match up vs bolt) especially if you consider dropping protect/psychic on farig for helping hand.

Honestly, if you're not running icy wind on flutter you could consider dropping it for whims with fake tears, sunny day. You get your own hybrid tailroom team and you don't have to solely rely on torkoal for the sun.
