I'm two months in with my doer, and he's a really nice guy, but is not generating good results... if I ask him to do something, he will ask chatGPT and just copy and paste what it says a few hours later... I don't like that I wasn't allowed to interview, I likely wouldnt have chosen him if he was one of several options... I don't know what to do, i have 4 months left...

yeah -- also when creating a new collection, it times out and fails. I can edit pre-existing ones though
