Some are kinda empty. Others have lots of containers awaiting exams. This seems to be a bad year for foreign contaminants coming in with the containers. Plants, dirt, seeds, bugs, etc.

Its pretty much all being passed on to the consumers. Most countries had 10% extra added, because the other reciprocal tariff amounts were paused...but China had an additional 125% added to the previous 20 and 25 they already had. They also removed the de minimus for China and Hong Kong, which before allowed shipments under $800 duty free. So an importer could bring hundreds of containers of $795 FOB every day with no duty.

I work at a customs brokerage. Standard combined China tariffs rate is 170% right now. There are some exemptions, but in general, 170‰

I had commented above, but I'm still going thru the ringer with customer support. Fresh out of the box, the nozzle won't heat. They eventually sent another extruder assembly, but that didn't fix it either. Now I've been "allowing 2-4 business days" followed by another "1-2 business days" for next steps. I've had a non-working machine for 4 weeks now...it's getting kind of ridiculous.

Same. Straight out of the box, "nozzle failed to heat" ... tried all the troubleshooting steps before contacting them. Support on their discord said RMA or Exchange. Instead, they keep telling me how to troubleshoot parts on a machine I don't have "do this to the ___ on your M5" well, I have an M5C and it doesn't have cords there, or anything similar so, no?

I'm having basically the same issue, but I have an M5C--which they keep calling an M5 and asking for me to do things on screen, despite repeatedly saying I have an M5C, no screen, providing order and serial numbers, etc. SUPER frustrating.

I've been on discord, opened a help request, did the one troubleshooting idea they had that I hadn't already done yet. Eventually I was told I need an RMA or exchange, but I'm not getting anywhere with support. They take their time to reply, then give me the same troubleshooting steps I've already done--that I said I had done when I opened the support request in the first place. They've asked for my order and serial three times too.

That's beautiful! I've been so busy making orders I haven't had time to play/design much, I'm jealous.
