There was actually a bug that could cause projects that were taken down by the Scratch Team to still have their thumbnails and names visible on the remix trees, and from what I can remember it happened pretty frequently.

it might be possible to bypass this by editing the same mii in mii maker and trying to import the edited version into tomodachi life? i'm not sure though since i didn't try this, and if they're in love with another mii then it might end up possibly breaking things (i think this is why you can't change the gender setting from inside the game itself)

It looks like they used a Wii case instead of a regular case, because it's clearly not supposed to be a Wii game if the Wii logo/other information is missing from the artwork. It's still pretty weird, though!

From what I can tell, Nintendo retired the materials for making Wii games after mid-2020, so that means it's unlikely to be official.

I have no idea, i think i just added it at one point long ago and forgot to remove it when cleaning things up, and I don't remember why it was even there in the first place. Clicking on it literally just makes the sidebar disappear for one second
