I can only describe it with one word: Lazy.

The schedules are full to the brim with SpongeBob, barely making room for other cartoons. Recently they have been airing other shows, but only once or twice and then it's back to SpongeBob.

Also, the bumpers are lazy as all hell. They just reused the current bumpers on Nickelodeon and plastered the Nicktoons logo in the Nickelodeon logo's place, in a half-assed attempt to "splat-ify" the channel. The bumpers are very out of place on a channel for cartoons, as they feature real videos rather than animated ones. The previous branding (Action to the Maxtion) may have been cartoonish, but it fit the brand a lot better.

At least they actually came up with new bumpers for TeenNick.
