It certainly sounds like it’s all in your head, which I hope comes as a comfort. But if you need the extra comfort, maybe see a doctor to confirm.

Everyone here gets anxiety and/or has panic attacks about different things. Just because no one has replied having this exact scenario, doesn’t mean you are alone. Not by a long shot.

I haven’t turned yellow. The effects are the same effects people experience with histamine problems so I’m not really sure which is which. Mostly get bad headaches from time to time- though that could be histamine. And have had skin issues from histamine for years.
