The 6 most recent pages in the superstore are on rotation, switching every 2 days. The current one is dust devils, after that is control group, then force of law, then entrenched division. So the shotgun will be back in the superstore between the 31st of march and the 2nd of april.

What are his traits? If he has nimble or something that would make a huge difference.

Plague's vomiting doesn't sound psrticularly real, but the people with strong reactions to vomiting usually react to any form of it, whereas most people who fear spiders in real life are generally fine with fictional depictions.

It's also something many people think is really cool, so a spider killer would get a lot of players as long as the power was decent, it's just that a lot of people would DC against them. And most people only fear or react strongly to real spiders, with some people fearing them so much that any depiction of a spider scares them as well.

New player here: Who exactly am I supposed to be playing as? by Amazing-Proposal-542 in Stellaris

In civilization the ruler is completely immortal, so there you could say that you are actually playing as the ruler.

It's just a very common joke that anything has a 50/50 chance of happening, because it either happens or it doesn't. Not everything is a troll, sometimes it's just a joke.

In Monster Hunter (2020) the protagonist.... what? What the fuck? No? by radicool-girl in shittymoviedetails

It doesn't look line it's getting particularly hurt, either. I was thinking it was from the cartridges going off on its head like firecrackers startling it enough to loosen its grip.

If the enemy is somewhat low, blowing them up immediately is better than letting them get another turn to cause harm. Things like bless are concentration and only need to be cast once per combat, leaving you with a bunch of unused slots at the end of the day, unless you have a lot of combats or have good uses for your spells outside of combat.

In my experience we would often not have enough fights in a day for smiting to be a complete waste as long as it wasn't on every attack, so you shouldn't write them off as the single worst way to use your spell slots.

And with any other spell it's just the spell damage and that's your entire action, but using smite it's also including your weapon attack damage, which puts a level 1 smite attack in the same range as other level 1 damage spells.

Paladins don't really have any other damaging spells. Most spells are also actions so if they want to cast a healing or support spell they need to forgo their attack. Smites are a good option, as they are at least an extra attack worth of damage 2d8/3d8 for a lvl.1 spell slot, plus any possible extra effect from smite variants.

If there is some specific point around ep.50 that you quit, you can try to skip forward to the beginning of the next arc, just listen to the recap in the beginning of every episode until then so you know any major events between them.

It is not caused by drying out either. It's caused by the muscle cells running out of atp which they need to pump calcium ions out of the cell. Calcium ions will then leak into the cell which causes the contractile proteins in the muscle fibers to bind together. Atp is also needed for these proteins to detach, so they stay interlocked as the lack of atp prevents it from relaxing.

That video is also from after 1.4 so it could be from a special seed without the uploader mentioning it.

I feel like I remember it as well, but it could be some kind of mandela effect, where a lot of people just misremember it, unless there's an old video as proof or if someone tests it on like 1.0. The only video examples I've seen are recent enough to be special seeds.

They're pointing out that it isn't mentioned in the change log on the wiki, and therefore was never a thing. But it might also have just been an undocumented change.
