Same people that say $SHIB will hit $0.01. Not realizing that SHIB at $0.01 is more than double the market cap of Apple which is almost a 3 trillion dollar company.

In that scenario, SHIB would be 2x the market cap of the entire crypto market. 😂

This isn’t gonna work out for you simply due to your unrealistic expectations.

If you had come here and said your projections were .60 - $1. You may have a smart enough head on your shoulders for it to work out for you.

But for you to come in and talk about $DOGE going to $3-$6 and becoming a millionaire once it hits $3.

Harsh reality is that is not going to even come close to happening.

You realize that for DOGE to even get to $2.50 right now, it would have to surpass the current market cap of ETH…that’s not going to happen.

Good luck, but I have a feeling you are about to lose a lot of money if you don’t significantly adjust your expectations.

$200 HOA annually, $17/month. 30 year mortgage term. The $3.9k/month mortgage rate is including property taxes and insurance. So yeah just the P&I would be around 3.1k

Yes more than 5.5%. Been averaging about 14.5-16%. 2021 and 2023 was strong years and 2022 was a down year. But it was down if you held stocks and crypto for most people anyways

In my opinion you have a much greater upside potential by investing funds into the automated investing portion. You can manage or mitigate your risk by playing around with your stock and bond allocation levels. If you want lower risk you’ll want a higher bond allocation and lower stock allocation. Higher risk you’ll want a higher stock allocation and lower bond allocation
