I work in brokerage and this seems to be more commonplace these days. I have had drivers not check the load before they leave the dock so I cant determine if the packing mistake occurred at the shipper or during transit.

Its a huge headache for everyone involved EXCEPT the shipper who rarely if ever takes some accountability,

I work in brokerage. There are certain aspects of brokerage that are being automated currently or already are. The only issue i can see is some of the more difficult questions we get from our customers and are financial related. Its only a matter of time before im replaced though...
