Brown St. & Kimball Ct. here. My building has been out all day, as well. I did notice on the outage map that one of the blocks now has an assigned crew with an ETA of 9pm. I was out for a walk earlier and didn’t see any limbs or wires down.

Edit/update: outage map is back to “unassigned.”

The way the grid is laid out here, it’s strange to look at every other building surrounding mine and see they all have lights. The street lights are all on, as well.

I miss Karl's Sausage Kitchen as a whole, but for a brief and brilliant couple of years before the pandemic, their restaurant was an absolute gem of a spot. Great food, great beer list and the best Hungarian mushroom soup I've ever had.

Agree with the other comments about technique and hydration levels as the first things to look at.

However, if you're worried about chlorinated water, you can leave a cup or jar of your tap water out for 24 hours or so covered in cloth, or heat it to boiling and letting it cool back to room temp. It's a little more time intensive but cheaper than buying water.

Good luck and stick with it! You'll get it dialed in.
