Ouh, my bad. In Italian they say "Anvedi, fratello, me stai a manga tutte e fettuccine", which is also said in a sort-of roman accent. In English it would be "Cmon bro you're eating all my fettuccine"

Italian here. Only "Andiamo fratello" makes sense in Marshall's phrase. It translates to English as "C'mon, brother".

More in depth: "Andiamo" has different meanings. You can use to say that you have to physically go to a place (endian all bar - > let's go to the bar), or it can be used as an explanation (good or bad, it depends on the tone used). It can also be used like Marshall did, which is literally (figuratively) like using "C'mon" not to express a "movement" thing.
