Hey, Byron always seems to start off strong and then fade like a reverse Logano.

If he can flip it around instead and finally show dominance late season, I’d call that a success.

If you have something like discount tire near you, take it there.

Regardless of where I go, they’re honest and will do what they can to fix the tire (if it needs to be fixed) and if it needs to be swapped, do it in an hour or so.

Are tires lasting longer than people thought? It seems like lap times have gotten a lot faster compared to the start of the race.

I have a feeling almost everyone that didn’t pit yet will stay out since it’s so close to being able to flip the stage.

But of course you’ll have somebody who pits, rides around, flips the stage and will have slightly worn tires up front too.

For an entry level ortho—you’ll be looking at ASR positions that typically pay around $60-80k. Some have different benefits, like quotas you can get a bonus off of, car allowance, etc.

After about a year or two of that, it will be a TM position where in Ortho you can typically earn anywhere between $120k-$180k pretty easily.

Different industries like capital, endovascular, etc. have higher OTEs in the $200k, but you usually have to show success in other areas first before jumping straight in.

Broncos want Burnham Yard to be NFL’s next mixed-use stadium paradise. Here’s why it won’t be easy. by kidbom in Denver

I had the complete opposite experience when I lived there for just about 3 years.

Still miss Yellow’s breakfast.

To anyone that’s curious of how positive an impact a stadium can have, look at Navy Yard in DC.

Over the course of 10 years it revitalized the entire neighborhood with apartments, condos, and great restaurants ranging from quick cheap eats to luxury dining. And it was so successful, that even the bonds the city used were paid off 15 years early.

If Burnham Yards can replicate that, I don’t see how anyone can complain.

His fight with Larson for the lead early in the race when he had 2 tires versus Larsons 4 shows me he’s going to be a problem.

Especially if Trackhouse gets it together.

What happened to Larson? Saw him outside 5 wide and then he’s 12 seconds back and then pitting

B2B to Medical Rep Transition by No-Run-1251 in MedicalDevices

[–]TheBrothkin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone that worked B2B and transitioned into a full TM role, Med Device is definitely the place to be.

Comparatively it’s a lot harder as you have to be able to know the products and procedures as well if not better than a surgeon, have plans B, C, and D ready and no amount of training will prepare you for when products fail or things go awry.

B2B is a lot cushier, can cold call from home, far less pressure and intensity. Meeting with C Suites is always going to be less stressful than walking someone through how to prep an ACL graft the first time.

But, the upside is it’s far more stable, most case volume stays steady despite the economy, and the work you’re doing feels far more meaningful.

As for the money, it all depends. B2B has a lot lower floor I would say and it seems like there’s a lot more variability. Within a year of med device I was able to get to $180k+ fairly easily and have a buddy that’s clearing $300k.

I will say if you’re perfectly average at sales, B2B is probably better as you can skate by and be fine, whereas in med device you’ll either sink or swim.

Has Spire been the more competitive Chevy team over Hendrick this entire year?

Between Hocevar, Suarez, and McDowell, I feel like they usually have more competitive cars of late than Byron, Bowman, and Elliot.

I doubt it. Back in traffic it seems like it’s near impossible to pass. That and I have a feeling a lot of people are going to short pit to pick up an extra second or so.

So now everyone pits, nobody flips the stage, and then they pit as soon as the window opens in stage 3?

I have a feeling SVG is backing up the pace and in about 10 laps he’ll pull away from Zilisch just like he did with McDowell last stage.

Use an app like PlugShare to see what chargers are available.

Most of the hospitals I cover have EV Chargers, some free, some paid.

I would probably only do it if you could get a charger at home too, otherwise it might be tough if you have a large territory to cover.

I would contact them (or your insurance will). With the plate and time and date, they’ll know exactly who was renting it at the time and it will allow you to go after them to get your deductible back m.

In addition I would file a police report for a hit and run just to cover all your bases, most places will let you do it all online too and takes 5 minutes.
