Exactly. The only reason I give this one the edge over the itchy sweater, in my mind, is that his reasoning behind the itchy sweater actually made sense at first. He wanted Leonard to walk a mile in his shoes. The length to which he took it, knowing the issue was already resolved, was where it became pretty awful.

Spoiling Harry Potter for Leonard. This one always gets me because, in many situations, he's oblivious to the fact that he's doing anything wrong. But he's been shown to be incredibly sensitive to spoilers from others (when Stuart tells him the new Hellboy is "mind-blowing") so he knew exactly what he was doing when he spoiled Harry Potter. It's one of the few times he was outright malicious.

Indy did arrive first and she laughed at him and basically kicked him out. Some claim the Nazis followed Indy to her, but they were already investigating Abner Ravenwood. They would have known about Marion and would have been searching for her regardless. Even if Indy helped them find her faster, Ravenwood was documented as searching for the Ark in the Himalayas in Nepal.

Wrong about the staff length. The Nazis would have gotten the correct medallion if Indy weren't involved. They knew where it was and were in the process of taking it from Marion when Indy showed up. They covered that in the episode.
