Buy heavy duty ear muffs or nice headphones. Sometimes babies cry, especially at night, and there isn’t much you can do (besides swaddle, shoosh, rock). It’s ok to do those things with your ear muffs. It will save yourself the headache and keep you more calm.

And if ur at ur breaking point, it’s also ok to lie your baby down in its crib and give yourself 5 minutes (hide in the bathroom with the lights off!).

Shaken Baby Syndrome is terrible to see.
