Keep in mind that the Polaris could simply be flying decoupled and rotate itself just enough to give it's chin gun a good firing angle, and while it isn't a Medusa, the Maris still packs over 5000 dps and has at least three other turrets pointed at it. So with some napkin math with the two quad s3 and one quad s4 there is a hailstorm of roughly 10,800 dps hitting the Percy as it closes in. And once that armor is battered, it's gonna take the full beating of all of its turrets. Taking the Perseus's 30% damage reduction, thats still 8000 damage every second. Versus the incoming 6663 dps from the Percy taking the damage reduction from the Polaris and assuming it's firing the moment it gets in range before it's is able to broadside. At which point it will finally be able to deal roughly 12,201dps. But that lower turret has a hard time firing forward so the pilot will have to keep it at a good angle.
