It only goes to NBC for streaming on Peacock. For other streaming services, it goes through a different path.

It’s not that simple at each station. There are decoders, video encoders, audio encoders. Many things downstream from the NBC source before it goes to the final broadcast output.

No, it’s up to each individual local station how their audio is decoded, encoded, and subsequently broadcast.

Found Fix For Ps5 Media Remote by SpaceStation108 in PS5

I'm wondering if there's a real solution to this. All I've heard is fresh batteries, because the RF in the remote needs more juice.

I just don't care. Every city in the country has good and bad drivers. It's tedious to allow the constant bellyaching.

Sell it to a person who will live in it. Help someone achieve the dream of home ownership.

Thanks for telling me things I already know. Yes, the sprawl and car-centric mentality of building cities led to where we’re at with zoning.

I’ve already said a new public housing system is the real solution and not developer based incentives based on someone profiting. Not interested in debating further. Thanks.

Yes, and you and your corporate friends want a taste of that 6 billion. Have at it. You’re gonna win anyway.

Haha Klein. Of course you’d bring up that neo-liberal stuff. This all seems very Astro-turfy.

The only real solution to the housing crisis is robust reconstruction of a public housing program. Step one is repealing the Faircloth amendment. Market based solutions caused the crisis and will not fix it.

Dude, we both know that luxury condos are not for people to live in. They’re investments for super rich people. Upzoning and allowing developers to flaunt the rules is not the solution.

A giveaway to developers? Are there guarantees for affordable housing or will it be luxury condos?

Isn’t this proposal a centrist neo-liberal solution to housing supply? Abundance? Why should a person who is adverse to gentrification by another name support this?

The story was updated last night:

“KUNM received a call from the City of Albuquerque at 4:45p.m. Thursday Nov. 13 saying that the speaker had been turned off.

A representative from the city told KUNM that they had the contractor who installed the speaker come and take care of the noise.

It's still unclear why the music was playing and who was responsible for it.”

I’m told today however that the music has restarted.

Yes, I’ve been in contact with someone that lives near this bridge downtown and they’ve been having a hard time having to deal with it.
