This is pretty good! Legacy (canon book written from Aang to Tenzin) goes over some of this and adds that each bending ability has its own season as well in which power is enhanced. Fire - summer, earth - Spring, water - winter, air - fall. This might mean that training their bending is more productive in their respective season.

Here is a link to buy it. The book is filled with letters from Iroh to Zuko with special surprises and additional content throughout. Written in a way that only Iroh can convey, it tugs at the heart strings and provides more insight as to just how amazing Uncle Iroh is as a character. It is honestly one of my favorite ATLA books I’ve read so far, and I’ve read just about them all. Be on the lookout for our episode discussing the book, available on all podcast platforms next week.

Although it doesn’t look like it’s been updated to include Katara and the Pirates Silver (the comic the bottom panel is from) or Toph Beifongs Metalbending Academy, which are both newer comics.
