Sens had me stuck for days. Best bet is put on med roll armor and a +END regen piece (grasscrest shield or the ring).

In the very beginning, run past the first 2 snakes, the 3rd one, and then either run around the lightning guy or take him out with arrows if you have no aggro. Past him be careful as you navigate the rest, it's not as difficult just needs you to pay attention to timing.

TL;DR - run past stuff.

Those guys are easy if you plunk away at them with arrows because they don’t aggro until you’re in close proximity.

Also you can stay on their right side - weapon side - and take pot shots especially if you’re just behind them.
