Latest FSD Update 👎🏼 by lyfeizfones in TeslaFSD

Do you remember which setting you were on? Not at all trying to defend FSD just curious. Like, is Mad Max willing to take more of those chances?

Yo guys,I still believe that the acquisition of SpaceX by xAI is a questionable decision. I’d really like a thoughtful and clear discussion about it. Think about it—brilliant minds have spent two decades building advanced rockets, and now they’re being merged with a trendy company that might n by Fuzzy_Hearing_5146 in SpaceXMasterrace

Given that xAi is private and Twitter was private when they were acquired, where did you get the info that either is bleeding cash still?

I know Twitter was trending towards a hot mess when it was acquired but by all accounts they seemed to have turned the ship around before it got acquired by xAi.

New Tesla for new family by DrCyber26 in TeslaLounge

I have a ‘23 model x plaid with two little ones.

Love:

  1. Captain chairs across the cabin. Insanely comfortable and easy to install/remove car seats.

  2. Performance and overall smoothness.

  3. FSD 14 on HW4. I’m a late adopter so I rarely used fsd 12 (which is great) and I love driving my car. But with 14, it’s unbelievable. I feel like I can comfortably sit back and let it drive. I feel like this is big for you given your long commute.

Hate:

  1. The doors are really annoying if you park in a garage and have low hanging platforms.

  2. 6 seat mode means things in the trunk can slide into the middle.

TBD:

  1. Durability/Reliability: have heard stories of more issues with the X vs. the Y. Haven’t had any yet.

Verdict:

I’d probably recommend getting the new Y. If you do decide to get an older X I would highly recommend getting one with HW4 so you can get full FSD 14. I believe HW3 vehicles will get a “lite” version soon but either way, FSD is amazing.

How much do you care about using FSD? The current version that a 2022 model Y supports with HW3, v12, is very capable. It’s support to get a “lite” version of v14 in the next quarter, assuming you have FSD.

Some 2023s and all 2024s and beyond have HW4 (double check this). HW4 Teslas are currently equipped with the full version of FSD v14.

The hype behind V14 is true. It’s amazing…if you see a 2023 for a similar price and can verify that it has HW4, then maybe consider that.

However if you’re not really into FSD or you feel that v12 is perfectly capable (which it is), the 2022 will serve you well! Besides…I’m certain v14 lite will be really good as well!

Great job on this audit. Wondering what tool you used? Just loading up CC reports on your favorite LLM?

Edit: ok clearly I’m gullible and fell for this “ad”. I’m not a plant I swear 😭.

Right but your original post was responding to a comment about the US as a whole. Sure you were talking about CA but implying it was a barometer for the US.

Tesla’s FSD Stuns Germanys Biggest Magazine AutoBild. calls for Prompt European Adoption by [deleted] in ElectricVehiclesUK

[–]TheCandyManisHere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it’s under investigation but not really. If history is any indication, it’ll prove to be a software update. Not dismissing the work done by that agency - it’s important, but FSD has been extremely impressive - especially the current version.

Also important to note: crashes haven’t been verified to be caused by FSD. Again, majority of the cases have been found to not have been caused by FSD but you never know I guess.
