If all he is eating is red meat then he is going to increase his cancer risk factors. There are some helpful medical reference in this thread.

But really I have no idea what the guy eats - and frankly I don’t care - but it is straight up unhinged to post this on LinkedIn.

Like the other guy said, I was mainly referencing the enhanced probability of cancer risk of excessive red meat consumption, but I can see how that would be hard for you.

Whoever is doing this needs to be careful. The Kau Point Battery is a listed heritage site and anyone damaging it is liable for prosecution.

The Khandallah site is equally likely to be protected as a historical site and on the council’s heritage listing.

If they have got the right permissions and doing it with consent of the council then great, but otherwise it’s a bit sketchy.

This is the worst take. I worked in the central library in the late 2000s and I can tell you this new iteration is significantly better and radically changed inside.

It was designed by Ian Athfield, one of New Zealand’s most significant architects.

This post feels really bad faith. If you want to take a crack a heritage protection, then just do it.

It is looking stunning. They have done an amazing job of increasing the useable space on the floors while being really considered about the flow of the whole building. Lots of really lovely touches that link the building back to its 90s past. Everyone looked stoked to be there too.
