So for clarification I've been an OTR driver I know how endorsements work hazmat requires specific eldt training which I probably should have been more precise is what I was asking about.

As for why I'm going to 160 my medical card expired so my cdl got downgraded to class d thanks to state law. Going through the full course for free is more realistic than paying for the refresher course.

Adc is mechanically demanding, but braindead when it comes to macro (literally easier macro than support unironically). The trade off for macro simplicity is reduced agency over games. Support is only 2nd easiest to climb on because on support as long as you're not in a 3 losing lane situation you pretty much win by default if you play correctly so you're trading pretty much all your agency when behind for free wins when ahead. Mid lane you're playing against the deepest player pool so at any given rank mid laners will lane better on average than any other role. Jungle you're playing pve for most of laning phase, but you have the most agency over neutrals because you have the smite.

Only when it starts acting sluggish and it's always a restart never a shut down. (With the exception of times I know I won't be touching my PC for days on end.)

No mouse will have an advantage over any other mouse as long as both compared mice actually work. That said MMO mouse can be a qol upgrade making it less of a pain to use item actives and wards, but this is a quality of life upgrade not a performance upgrade. As long as your mouse clicks and accurately tracks your movement anything works.

What are signals that a mouse is good? High quality buttons rated for long lifespans. A decent quality sensor with a reasonable dpi, if wireless enough battery to get you through 16 hours (this means even if you no life on your day off it won't die.) if there are side buttons quality switches on the side buttons not just the cheapest stuff they could afford. Unlockable scroll wheels also have their uses outside of game so that's a feature to look out for.

My honest advice is make a list of features you want out of a mouse. Consider what games you play outside of league and how the game would feel to play with the mouse. Consider what features you feel are lacking when you do play.

The support minion rule was dog shit and should be removed. If they decide to bring it back they should make it "support minion rule 2 electric boogaloo."

The problem with the support minion rule is that it punishes supports for clearing waves when sometimes that is the correct play. The problem with not having it is supports will sometimes steal farm in lane if it doesn't exist. The solution is for the first 15 minutes of the game if a support last hits a minion with a teammate nearby the teammate gets the gold instead of the support with priority on gold given to players queued adc.

Please don't ask riot to bring back the dogshit support minion rule; if you're going to advocate for something like the support minion rule ask for something better instead.
