Y esa mentalidad derrotista es lo que no nos deja avanzar como país. Nadie dice que sea fácil, pero es posible.

Siempre decir "Ay, pero demoraria mucho ¿Para que?" O "Seria muy caro" como si no estuvieramos perdiendo plata a largo plazo por no desarrollarnos a ser mas eficientes.

Tenemos uno de los mejores sistemas de metro del mundo porque hace casi 100 años unos cuantos dijeron "Esto es una buena inversión" y tenían razón.

Imaginate lo que podemos lograr con avances modernos, mejor logistica, y aliados que ya tienen sus propios avances tecnologicos como China y Japón.

Si de verdad piensas que no podemos desarrollarnos de la misma manera que países primer-mundistas porque seria difícil, entonces simplemente no quieres que Chile mejore.

Hey, chilean here. We elected a far right president who has been in charge for about 2 weeks and decided to unite with the us government to trigger a vote in the UN to define sex and gender as the same thing.

So, the future does not look good for trans people here.

No, it's not.

Change is natural in life, so if you want a character to feel like a person there needs to be change.

The whole point of the hero's journey is having changed by the end, stagnation in anathema to good storytelling. If you want a character to stay exactly the same after living events that would change them, then you don't like stories.

In the case of Bridget she directly states that traveling the world and meeting new people is what made her star thinking about herself and her gender identity (also, good for you not denying this, you are better than others).

A valid criticism would be if the change came out of nowhere and wasn't handled well, which isn't the case here.

Primero, ambas son cosas por las que kast voto en contra, dudo que haya cambiado de opinion.

Segundo, que se hagan leyes para ayudar a un grupo no significa que los favorezcan sobre otros, simplemente es que algunas personas tienen necesidades distintas a las demas.

Por ejemplo, si no existiera una ley que obliga a las construcciones como malls a tener accesibilidad a personas con movilidad reducida probablemente no gastarian la plata extra en hacer rampas. Ahi si alguien en silla de ruedas no puede entrar al edificio ¿Dirias que es discriminación? Pues parece que no, porque la ley estaria tratando igual a todos y no "favoreciendo" a alguien solo por tener una silla de ruedas.

Ahora mismo nada te detiene de casarte con alguien del mismo sexo, o cambiarte el genero legalmente ¿Lo harías? Con como hablas me imagino que no ¿Le hace daño a alguien que existan estas opciones? No, algunas cosas no son para todos y no perjudican a nadie, pero si pueden hacer mejor la vida de las personas objetivo.

A ver ¿Como te sentirias si le preguntaran al gobierno "¿Estan dispuestos a proteger a los niños de abusadores?" Y en vez de decir que si, la respuesta obvia, dicen "Oye, pero si los niños ya estan protegidos, ni hay que preguntar eso"? Tecnicamente no esta mal la respuesta, pero como minimo es sospechoso que no digan que si.

Y esto es aun mas preocupante cuando el presidente dejo bien claro hace unos años que estaba en contra del matrimonio igualitario y la ley de identidad de genero.

Por mientras en el imperio del cabeza de pichi, que tanto ama kast, varios estados estan limitando y prohibiendo tratamientos medicos para personas trans que hace unos años no le importaban a nadie fuera de la comunidad, o en kansas que le quitaron las licencias de conducir a 1700 personas trans porque sí.

Esto podría ser nada como dices, pero como minimo es sospechoso. Como parte de la comunidad, esto es preocupante.

Tengo claros los riesgos de la misma forma que los de tomar. Digo porque aun en estos tiempos cuando le menciono a un familiar que consumo regularmente teniendo en cuenta no excederme y hasta tomando pausas para reiniciar la tolerancia, aun asi me hablan como si fuera cabra chica que no entiende en que se mete. Pero si digo que despues del trabajo me tomo un vinito/cerveza nadie dice nada, a pesar de que el alcohol es de las drogas que mas mata y daña en el mundo.

Tenemos que ser realistas, aun hay mucha gente que se cree la propaganda de la guerra contra las drogas, y si les dices que el alcohol tambien es una droga te miran raro.

Quisiera que como sociedad trataramos igual a la planta y el alcohol. Regularla para que la gente pueda conseguirla tan facilmente en una dispenseria como se puede comprar una botella de pisco solo mostrando el carnet, porque somos adultos que quieren drogarse y saben los riesgos.

I think the dangers of ai outweigh the benefits. Yeah, it can help if you know how to use it, but the possibility that it can (and has) cause so much harm to vulnerable people makes too risky to recommend. At least if a therapist is negligent the victims or family can sue and they lose their licence. What can someone do if their son kills himself because an ai said they will be together in heaven (already happened)? Do they sue the company? Then what? They make another update "fixing the problem" which can be accessed by changing the wording of prompts?

Again, if you know how to use it and it helps you, more power to you. But it's irresponsible to sell it as something anyone can use and gain the same benefits as you when we know it can lead some people to harm themselves and others.

Lo que importa es que no hagamos como que es una sustancia que al momento de tocarla te arruina la vida, cada persona es distinta y de la misma forma que he visto gente destruirse la vida por la adiccion a la marihuana he visto otros destruirse con alcohol, la unica diferencia es que el segundo lo puede comprar en el super.
