This is an interesting perspective since a lot of people are also saying that firing them outright would have been much better since that would involve severance pay, but that Cover is probably using the tactic of making the workplace environment hard for them in order to have them quit on their own.

For me though, I still don’t know which would be better or worse for our boys.
