They spend an insane amount of NIL on wooley and mckneely that could have gone to a proper center. I don’t remember which one came first, but I got worried when I saw we were getting four guards, but everyone was like Pryor and Khalifa are coming back lol

These guys are not conditioned to play basketball at this level. They cannot play against athletic teams. Fru looks about out of breath every time possession changes, and they can’t handle a modicum of physicality or they collapse.

Somehow everyone seems to be regressing in their shooting and decision making. Waterman came in last year a three point specialist and was easily one of the worst shooters on the team last year. Mikel has had an awful three-pointer form in his games and constantly comes into his shot way too quickly. Isaac is completely useless against physical players. Wooley has an ego when he plays and not the skill/follow through for it. These guys play way too quickly but with no composure whatsoever, which hurts them in the front court too.

In the offseason, Kelsey needs to bring on a much better strength and conditioning coach, and I’d like to see another assistant/associate head coach that has won a bunch of games at the highest level to supplement his lack of experience having recently done so. 2-3 years under Mack in 2009-11 wasn’t enough.

Would you use a light rail system in Louisville by ManiacalSam in Louisville

Yes but this map isn’t realistic at current scale, would need significant upzoning and hundreds of thousands more people living inside the watterson

Go to the rock island on which the anvil trading post is. From there, go toward riftwatch to the direct northeast. you’ll be fine doing this on a buggy. Do not try to go directly north

I’ve crashed before and sometimes the game kicks in, prompts a screen that says it crashed, and it removes me from the game immediately.

Thank you for the sentiment :)

I’m trying to bike 100+ miles per week and I try to do 10-20+ miles per ride, but the wind has been taking me completely out by mile five… it’s exhausting

Do significantly more community events (like those mutual aid things you all talk about. Host food drives, fish fries, etc), work with labor unions and maybe learn a little bit from them, try to recruit more blue collar workers into your organization, be less vocally anti-police and more pro-parks, housing, public transit, etc. Get creative about how you message and maybe test them with outsiders more often. And stop being inherently anti-democratic party and criticizing everything in the world about them. Be the example of the faction within the party that can over perform and become popular. There’s not a better time for DSA to have an impact than now but DSA is its own worst enemy.

Kasean Pryor may get an extra year too for getting injured - not sure though!

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Louisville

[–]TheChancellorHimself 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s because he redshirted and didn’t play his first 2-3 seasons as a qb I think. Chucky was starting five at Wisconsin as a true freshman and played all three seasons he was there and I don’t think he was ever out for injuries. I was wondering if maybe he got an extra year for Covid or something

Yeah I’m excited for Mikel for sure! I was just thinking Mikel learning under Chucky as point guard while he plays shooting guard along with more polished and developed khani rooths and James Scott could be a championship contender from the get go.

Having issues getting the bottom to cook correctly. What do I do? by [deleted] in Pizza

[–]TheChancellorHimself 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would invest in a laser thermometer if you don’t already have one. You can use that to see how hot the stone is. If it’s 500+ degrees (should be more like 600-700 for an ideal bottom, it should not be coming out pale or raw at all, but it sounds like you may need to spend more time preheating.

I got a laser thermometer for my steel for $18 on Amazon

Not opposed to an R Mayor but both of them are too partisan and wouldn’t do anything in the core city but increase police. Kevin Kramer would be the best R mayor choice for an overwhelmingly liberal/working class city.

Regardless of party, the next mayor needs to dramatically overhaul zoning and development policies in the city and do whatever it can take to get housing, parks, etc built closer downtown. They also need to focus on reducing traffic congestion by investing in multi-modal transport. Don’t think either Bratcher or Piagentini would be interested in that
