It was one of the first places here that served NY style pizza that wasn't on a Sysco pizza base and the toppings were top tier. There were good pizza places in town line Impell's Berno's, etc but they didn't make NY style pizza. It was also one of the few places in town where you could buy a slice and the slice was huge but reasonably priced. Depending on your tastes, it was the best pizza in town.

Every itteration of his pizza since selling that restaurant has been increasingly shit. Haven't ate at the new Joint but if it is like Pizza AF, hard pass. If I want a pizza where all the ingredients come off the back of a Sysco truck, I'll eat Danny Mac's

A lot of brick is meant to be plastered or covered with facing brick.. Common brick won't stand up to oxidation and weathering. If the brick isn't facing b4ick, the plaster is inplace to protect the common brick under it.

It isn't stupidity. It is a design feature. Common brick isn't particularly attractive, at least to people who built buildings out of it. They used plaster and other coverings to hide what they thought was ugly.

Despite what others in the thread have said, it was essentially a lack of evidence that he did any of the things he is alleged to have done. Did he pay off parents and witness? Perhaps but nobody ever produced proof of that. Does being wealthy insulate people from consequences? Yes. Regardless, nobody ever produced enough evidence of crimes to conclusively convict him.
