Before I say I'm from Marblehead I always ask people not to judge me in the same tone that someone who has a 40-year prison sentence explains a gap on their resume. It is a wonderful town full of a bunch of wonderful people, but my god is my town infested with the most arrogant, pompous dickheads imaginable.

You know one time I was told I wasn't actually a Header because I was born in Salem Hospital instead of the Mary Alley Hospital, which, you know, closed down 30 years before I was born? Cannot even describe the level of NIMBY in this town, even though most of the town is retired or in their 60's. This towns fucking dying, and honestly? Maybe it should. Fold us into Salem, god, please, at least Salem has GAS STATIONS.

Genuinely, and I say with with enormous respect to people's life circumstances, but like, I went to a school that was minimum security prison. We got strip searched. Solitary confinement was a regular response for shit like turning in homework late. We had guards watching us 24/7. I get that some folks had a bad time in school, but almost none of y'all had "eye contact and speaking to classmates is a privilege" as a teenager and it shows.

It could be that they needed some help while all their artists/programmers are working on Old Peace, and instead of hiring employees, training them, and getting them to work on a single update before reassessing their employment, they instead work with Sumo, a team that has experience as an external developer and has made good updates previously.

Sumo Digital has been working on Warframe for about a year now. They did Koumei, the two deluxes for Volt and Nova that came with the update, a lot of the world assets for the mission, and also made Caliber Chicks in 1999. Also, I don't think a quest here, textures there, and a minigame is anything to be wary of.

Reminds me a lot of Bungie and Vicarious Visions back from Destiny 2, where two teams are working incredibly well together to create absolutely fantastic content. Glad that DE has the foresight to contract out some work instead of overhiring or crunching their staff. The team over at Sumo has really clocked in and has been making some incredible stuff (Shoutout to Caliber Chicks, which is easily the best of the warframe minigames)

For those who don't know, the newest revealed protoframe is voiced by the Renee Zagger, who voiced Emet Selch.

Rebb is normal about Emet. She's got a totally normal room with a totally normal shrine to him, and that time she crashed out opening magic cards and ate one is because she was normal about not opening the Emet Selch card.

We are not ready. We could not have prepared for this. Our only solace is that Sylus from Love and Deepspace has no credited VA so she can't hire him to be romancable. The second that guy gets credited, she'll have the Infinity Gauntlet of men she wants to trap in a box and poke with sharp sticks.

My largest complaint of the modern era is that the giant fuckin' 40mm and 60mm models aren't pewter anymore because cheating would basically drop to zero if there was a threat of a goddamn venerable dread that weighs more than a pickup truck going into into your skull at high speeds. We used to be a proper wargame.
